Mesoestetic cosmelan

Mesoestetic cosmelan is a line of dermatological products whose objective is to reduce/attenuate the appearance of skin blemishes.

What are spots of melanic origin?

Skin hyperpigmentations are alterations in the production of melanin (the pigment responsible for giving color to our skin), which when overproduced, lead to an exaggerated deposit of melanin within a melanocyte. This, as a result, and in a localized way, originates an irregular coloration on the skin, the blemish.
