First of all, rinse your hair and apply the shampoo evenly while performing a gentle massage. Wait until a pleasant lather is formed to rinse thoroughly. Right after, apply the conditioner evenly throughout the hair. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, you can rinse with abundant water.
