First of all, wash your hands thoroughly and dry them with a towel. Then insert one hand into each glove and squeeze the strap so that it is comfortable. Wait 10 minutes. Immediately after this period remove the gloves. I note that there is no need to rinse. Instead, you should massage the product that remains on the skin to completely absorbed it.
