Ducray dexyane insulating barrier cream protects dry skin prone to irritation or atopic eczema from chemical aggressors while reducing signs of discomfort from the first use.

It is therefore essential to protect it from external factors that are sometimes very difficult to avoid. For example, water, detergents, irritating metals, chemical aggressions, or friction.

To help protect the skin from irritating agents, Ducray has developed an insulating care which, thanks to its oil phase and moisturizing agents, enables you to reduce irritation. In this way, it protects and repairs skin lesions, relieves irritation and itching, and even reduces discomfort. From the first application.

Water resistant up to 5 washes, its long-lasting protective effect is due to the invisible film it creates on the skin. As well as the following active ingredients:

-Glycerin: Active ingredient that nourishes and promotes the replacement of the skin’s protective hydrolipidic film

-Hydroxydecine®: Active ingredient which potentiates the physiological hydration of the skin by stimulating the synthesis of filaggrin.

How to Ducray dexyane insulating barrier cream?

Ideal for the skin of the face, body, and hands, subject to aggressions or atopic eczema.

The insulating barrier cream should be applied two to three times a day to areas prone to irritation. Reapply whenever necessary.

Ducray dexyane is a range of dermo-cosmetic care products specially designed to treat very dry skin prone to atopic eczema. Dry skin prone to atopic eczema requires daily care with appropriate products, even if there are no visible plaques on the skin. Very dry skin prone to atopic eczema is affected by itching, caused by the dryness of the skin, and tension, which can be very intense. Therefore, moisturizing the skin daily with an emollient is crucial to nourish and repairing the skin and calm the itching. The emollient should be applied once a day to clean skin all over the body, in addition to inflamed areas (red lesions). It is important to choose products formulated to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, without perfume or essential oils. This range was created to help treat this problem. The care products in the Ducray dexyane range can be used alone, in combination, or following medical treatment. The products have fragrance-free formulas for high tolerance and are suitable for the whole family, from birth onwards. Main ingredients:
