Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment for the attenuation and control of skin pigmentation – NEW FORMULA

Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment is a cream for home use whose main action is the attenuation and control of spots of melanic origin located on the face. Its continuous use reduces spots, preventing their reappearance. Therefore, it offers gradual corrective action and intensive regulatory action.

For this, it acts on two levels of regulation: 1) it inhibits melanin synthesis in the melanocyte, thus controlling pigment formation; 2) regulates the main known targets that cause melanocyte overstimulation.

As a result, skin hyperpigmentations are gradually corrected, while melanin overproduction is controlled. Moreover, it also controls the reappearance of new stains in the long term.

Dermamelan Method what is it?

How does it work?

Who is it for?

Pigment changes are a growing problem globally. And they affect more than 90% of adults over 50 years of age and are a relevant concern regardless of skin color, either because of their aesthetic affectation or because of their negative effect on the psycho-emotional level and on the quality of life.

Melanogenesis is influenced by exogenous and endogenous factors, such that these factors can lead to a localized overproduction of melanin. This excess of melanin, therefore, translates into unsightly melanin spots, in most cases, without pathological transcendence. These are acquired skin pigmentations, different from those of genetic origin.

How to apply Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment?

After the procedure in the medical office

Mesoestetic Dermamelan Treatment should be used after applying the new Dermamelan Pack procedure in the doctor’s office. After 4 hours of applying the Dermamelan Pack in consultation, remove both masks: 1) remove the Dermamelan Ion Mask, lifting it from the upper end until it is completely separated from the face, avoiding contact with the eyes; 2) afterward, remove the Dermamelan Mask, rinsing with plenty of warm water, avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes (nose and mouth).

At home as a continuation depigmentation treatment – Duration 2 months

It is recommended to start the application of Dermamelan Treatment 48h to 72h after removing the masks. Apply a small portion of Dermamelan Treatment, morning and night, to clean, dry skin. Then apply Melan Recovery three times a day (morning, midday, and evening), generously all over the face, until completely absorbed. Finish with the application of Melan 130º Pigment Control and reapply twice a day, in the morning and at noon.

As maintenance treatment, regulation, and control of hyperpigmentation – Duration 2 months

Continue applying Dermamelan Treatment twice a day, morning and evening. Then apply Melan Recovery. During the day apply Melan 130 Pigment Control in the morning and at noon, as well as in situations of direct sun exposure. Constant and effective application is recommended throughout the Dermamelan Treatment. Lack of sun protection reduces or invalidates the effectiveness of the Dermamelan method.

Precautions

Dermamelan is a topical cream. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and neck. Rinse with plenty of water as needed. Keep out of the reach of children. This treatment is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, as well as pregnant and lactating women.

If during the application of the Dermamelan method the skin turns red or becomes severely irritated, consult a professional. During this method, do not use any other product without the recommendation of your professional to avoid cross-reactions. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or direct light.

Important: Changing the color of the cream does not affect its effectiveness or activity level.
